今日は私が進めている鉱物資源フロンティアミュージアム「ミネラフロント」のためのキャプションボードを作りました。Today I made a caption board for The Museum of Mineral Resources Frontier, that I am producing.

黒基調のミュージアムなので、暗い空間に文字が映えるよう、業者さんにお願いして黒い紙にシルバー文字で印刷してもらいました。Since the museum has a black base, I asked the contractor to print the letters in silver on black paper so that they would stand out in the dark space.

このキャプションボードを斜めに立たせ、マグネットで下地の鉄板に固定する作戦です。The strategy is to stand this caption board at an angle and fix it to the underlying steel plate with magnets.

まず、印刷したキャプションを黒のスチレンボードに貼り付けます。First, attach the printed caption onto a black styrene board.

次に、スチレンボードをカットしてパーツを作ります。Next, cut styrene boards to make parts.

両面テープで貼り付けて組み立てます。Assemble by attaching with double-sided tape.

裏にカットしたマグネットシートを貼り付け、両面テープでキャプションボードの裏に固定します。Attach the cut magnetic sheet to the back and secure it to the back of the caption board with double-sided tape.

下地の鉄板に貼り付けて完成です。照明でシルバーの文字がうまく浮き上がっていい雰囲気に仕上がりました。Attached to the steel plate to complete. The silver letters stand out well in the lighting, creating a nice atmosphere.
