当ウェブサイトのトップページの各所に使用されている画像のうちの2枚です。当サイトでは、これら2枚の画像を含め、海洋研究開発機構の研究設備を利用して撮影された画像、海洋研究開発機構による調査航海により採取された試料を用いて撮影された画像を多く使用しています。撮影は基本的に私自身が行っています。
These are two of the images used throughout the top page of this website. This website uses many images, including these two images, that were taken using research facilities of Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC) and samples collected during research cruises by JAMSTEC. Photography is basically done by Junichiro Ohta.
