微化石や堆積物の構成鉱物を観察するための新しい顕微鏡が来ました。A new microscope for observation of microfossils and mineral grains in sediment samples has arrived.

この顕微鏡は実体顕微鏡なので、観察物を両目で立体的に見ることができます。倍率は接眼レンズが10倍、対物レンズが1倍と2倍の切り替え、鏡筒のズームが0.63～8倍，照明はファイバーLED照明とステージ下からの透過照明です。この仕様は、数十から数百マイクロメートルのサイズの化石や鉱物を観察し、手でピッキングする作業を行うのに最適です。This is a stereomicroscope which can serve a stereo view. It has 10x eyepiece, 1x and 2x objective lenses, 0.63–8x zoom body, LED glass fiber light, and LED transparent light. These are the most suitable specification for observation of specimens with the size of tens to hundreds micrometers, and for handpicking the specimens.

この顕微鏡を使って、これから多くの試料の観察と分析をしていきたいと思います。I will do bunch of observations and analyses by using this microscope.
